By using the Silver Circle website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

Silver Circle is intended for members of the SJC Class of 2001 community and other approved participants. Access may be restricted, reviewed, or revoked at our discretion to protect the privacy and safety of the community.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting access or creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or attempt to access another person’s account.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused or used in violation of these terms.

4. Community Conduct

• Use the Services respectfully and in a way that supports the alumni community.
• Do not post defamatory, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the platform, bypass security, scrape private data, or disrupt other members’ experience.

5. Member Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but by posting content to Silver Circle, you grant us a non-exclusive right to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Services as needed to operate the platform and community experience.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, although we aim to provide a reliable experience.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if necessary to protect the community, enforce these Terms, respond to legal concerns, or maintain platform security.
